What is your shipping policy?
We ship using a number of carriers, including UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping typically takes 1-4 days, dependent on your location. During times of inclement weather, shipping may take longer. We ship from both Los Angeles, CA, and Louisville, KY. Please note: orders can take up to 1 business day to process once placed. If you need your Bucklebands expedited, shoot us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do. Our flat rate shipping fees are as follows:
1 Buckleband: $8.00
2 Bucklebands: $12.00
3-5 Bucklebands: $15.00
6+ Bucklebands: $20.00

We currently do not accept returns. That being said, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your Bucklebands, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to make it right.
What is Buckleband made of?
Bucklebands are made with a 100% silicone band and a nylon buckle, which is 10% glass filled.

Buckleband was designed in Los Angeles, California, with help from a Phoenix, Arizona, industrial design and global sourcing firm. Buckleband is manufactured in Asia.

a. Before any use, inspect your Buckleband’s resistance bands for defects or tears. Do not use the product if it exhibits any defects or tears.
b. Store your Bucklebands in a dark area. DO NOT expose to direct heat.
c. Protect your Buckleband: remove rings and watches before using Buckleband. Beware of long, sharp fingernails or any object that could puncture the product.
d. DO NOT STORE Buckleband in direct sunlight.
PRACTICAL EXERCISE TIPS:
a. As with any exercise program, muscle soreness may be experienced over the first few days. If your pain persists for more than four days, consult your physician. Do not exercise while experiencing pain.
b. Perform all exercises in a slow and controlled manner. Do not use Buckleband in any manner that may cause it to snap towards the head and cause injury to the eyes. Always wear suitable eye protection during use.
c. Ensure the bands are securely fitted and/or anchored to accessories, and around the feet or arms when applicable, during use.
d. Ensure the bands are buckled securely before use and always during use.
e. With standing exercises BODY ALIGNMENT IS CRITICAL. Square the shoulders, contract the abdominals and relax the knees. Be sure to practice the safest posture possible by maintaining natural spinal curve.
f. For beginners, perform exercises without resistance band loops until you are comfortable, and then begin exercises with the band loops.
g. Perform two or three sets of 8-12 repetitions of each exercise sets. Always rest between sets. When you are comfortable performing 10-15 repetitions, gradually progress to the next resistance level.
